Identifying Purposes

We collect, use, and disclose Personal Information to provide you with the GuideTrackee application you have requested. We collect Personal Information for providing GuideTrackee service via the GuideTrackee mobile application only.

Consent

Knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information except where required or permitted by law. Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information will disable us from providing you with the GuideTrackee® service via the GuideTrackee® mobile application.

Data we collect

The Personal Information we collect is the device identifier, the username, and the device location provided by the application user for the GuideTrackee® service operation.

Subject to the applicable restrictions in the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right of access to personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate and inadequate personal data, the right to erase of personal data, the right to restrict of processing of personal data, the right to object, and the right to data portability.

Limiting Collection

The Personal Information collected will be limited to the details that are needed for the purposes we've identified. With your consent, we may collect the Personal Information provided in the GuideTrackee® application and the access token registration process.

Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention

Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented or when it is required or permitted by law. Personal Information will only be used while the GuideTrackee service is in use, that is, the tour associated with the registration token is ongoing or paused, and the application user joined the tour.

Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete, and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.

We will make information available to you about our policies and practices with respect to the management of your Personal Information.
